Gentry Underwood from IDEO talks on why we need to change how we look at the design process when it comes to social software. Although work kept me away from this year’s Web 2.0 Expo in NYC, through the wonders of Youtube I was able to catch this talk (thx @digitalsista).
To encapsulate his talk you could call it… Anthropology + Interaction Design FTW! Great talk. Watch! (15min)
This video inspired me and is how things have to go. Work for hire if that’s all you do leads nowhere but to be discarded once said is work is done, but Jim Coudal says it better than me check this interview (8min), you won’t be sorry.
Quick thoughts (<5min) on rapid communication of ideas through sketching, from the d.school’s Scott Doorley & comic book artist Dan Archer
Michael Bierut: 5 Secrets from 86 Notebooks (via Vimeo)—this is a repost, it’s that GOOD. Watch, learn & do great work.

Great piece on renewing the creative spark through structure & brainstorming by one Mr. @MarkBoulton via @alistapart. Very good stuff especially for a Sunday. Click & Enjoy!
